Plastic bonded magnet materials can be created through injection molded, being made from ndfeb, strontium ferrite or a combination of the two.
Injection molding plastic bonded magnet can be molded into complex shapes, but also molded directly onto components.
Plastic bonded magnet can also be created through the process of compression bonding which offer higher magnetic output but are limited to simpler geometries than injection molded plastic bonded magnet materials.
Compression plastic bonded magnet are often made from either ndfeb or SmCo powders.

Widely applications of bonded ndfeb magnet: stepper motors, brushless motors, DC motors, starter motor, DVD spindle motor, CD-ROM drive.
Bonded ndfeb magnets are mainly for the motor.
Motor manufacturers generally use bonded ndfeb magnet for motor, because of low assembly labor costs
Sintered magnet arc are often assembled piece by piece, glued to the rotor or stator
While, for boned ndfeb magnet, workers just only set bonded ndfeb magnet into rotor or stator after adhesive bonding.
So there is no high requirement of power, not only require great speed, then the motor manufacturers will use bonded ndfeb magnet for the high speed motor.
